Report a problem

In Waxwing, choose Help → Report a Problem. It includes what we need to help, never your mail, and you see everything before you send it. You'll get a report number to quote if you write to us.

Gmail

Waxwing connects to Gmail with an app password over IMAP. Turn on 2-Step Verification in your Google account, create an app password, and paste it into Waxwing when you add the account.

Please email support@waxwing.email with “Security” in the subject. We'll reply quickly and credit you if you'd like.
